Everything in our lives is designed: our phones, our cars, our toothbrushes, everything! Good design goes unnoticed because it works for us, but when things are poorly designed, they are frustrating and irrelevant. Design teaches us to be more intentionally about how we create experiences for people, crafting solutions for real problems that fit into people's lives seamlessly.
When applied to church and faith, design can create experiences and connections that foster meaning and belonging in our communities, meeting real, everyday needs with intuitive solutions. Design can help us dream past outdated models of church to serve our communities better.
